2 green onions, thinly sliced diagonally

THE SAUCE

Soy sauce – ¼ cup

Honey – ½ cup

Thumb of ginger, peeled, and finely minced

4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

Sriracha sauce, to taste

BBQ sauce, store-bought

Nonstick cooking spray

THE SMOKE

Preheat your wood pellet grill to 375°f (190°c)

Oak or alder wood chips are recommended for this recipe
